Refund and Returns Policy

At InfinityNest, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please read our refund and return policy below for a smooth and transparent process.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Certain items such as opened art supplies, personalized products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at [your email or contact form link] with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a small fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or opened arts & crafts supplies (e.g., paints, glue, markers)

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards
